Position Overview

In this leadership role, you will be the strategic architect of our commercial and growth analytics function. You will lead a talented team of data product owners and data analysts in building and implementing a data-driven approach to measure, analyze, and optimize all aspects of our commercial and growth efforts. You will be a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing data-driven insights to inform strategic decision-making across the organization.

What You'll Do

  • Lead and manage a team of commercial and growth analysts, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and professional development.
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive commercial and growth analytics strategy aligned with the overall business objectives.
  • Design and build robust analytical frameworks to track key performance indicators (KPIs) across all commercial and growth channels.
  • Analyze data from various sources to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in commercial and growth strategies.
  • Translate complex data insights into clear, actionable recommendations for stakeholders across the organization.
  • Partner with marketing, sales, cx, and other business teams to define data needs, translate them into actionable insights, and measure the effectiveness of initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal and external data partners to ensure data quality and accessibility.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest trends and technologies in analytics, data visualization, and business intelligence.
  • Communicate effectively with all levels of the organization, from technical audiences to senior management.


Who You Are

  • 7+ years of experience in analytics teams leadership, with a proven track record of success.
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in data mining, statistical modeling, and hypothesis testing.
  • Experience building and managing high-performing analytics teams.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into clear and concise insights for a non-technical audience.
  • Proven ability to influence and drive change across the organization based on data-driven insights.
  • Experience with commercial analytics tools and methodologies (e.g., attribution modeling, marketing mix modeling).
  • Experience with data visualization tools (e.g, Power BI or similar).
  • Excellent SQL skills - this is also a hands-on position!
