Main responsibilities:
  • Contribute to the development of the U.S. brand plan for rilzabrutinib, developing customer marketing strategy and tactical plan for digital and print initiatives.
  • Lead U.S. launch planning efforts for rilzabrutinib including: building a digital roadmap for branded initiatives, leading a marketing workstream, development of a branded social media campaign, and communicating launch readiness progress with marketing leadership.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams across the organization to ensure launch readiness and execution against key pre- and post-launch goals.
  • Lead localization of branded marketing campaigns for rilzabrutinb in the U.S., including branded websites and digital and omnichannel engagement plans.
  • Lead execution of core marketing tactics including development with agency partners, approval through U.S. PRB, and pull-through with digital partners and/or U.S. field teams.
  • Mange the relationships with agency partners to ensure successful development and execution of marketing strategy and tactics, within budget.
  • Contribute to effective working relationships with key external customers.


About you
  • Experience:
  • Minimum of 6+ years of relevant experience in the biopharmaceutical industry, with commercial focus
  • U.S. marketing experience with a demonstrated ability to work with various customer segments, developing marketing strategies and ensuring tactical execution in-line with local regulations.
  • Understanding of the launch context including strategic and U.S. operational requirements
  • Soft and technical skills
  • Prior success driving cross-functional workstreams towards a common goal and ensuring execution on-budget and on-time, leveraging excellent project and process management skills
  • Strong track record of building relationships with U.S. field teams and training, ensuring pull-through of marketing tactics
  • Education:
  • B.S./B.A. degree; MBA or science-related graduate degree preferred
