  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Details:

Title: Graphic Designer I

Location: Orlando, FL, 32801

Duration: 12 Months

Position Description:

Assist with conceptualizing, producing, and implementing design and marketing solutions from concept to completion for Marketing and New Products department to be used in internal and external promotional materials. Tasks include design layout, asset generation, proofing, production supervision and assisting with the implementation of a digital asset management tool. Assist other designer(s) in creating concepts, comps, layouts and final art. Minimum of three (3) months of experience in the creative/marketing field designing and producing digital files, photo editing, and providing creative solution.

SKills Required:

Working knowledge of all, but not limited to, the following: o Adobe Creative Cloud products (i.e. InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat, etc.); o Data validation and management (in terms of mailings); o Tracking In-Kind Sponsorship projects (awareness of deadlines/costs/delivery); o Mail Merge process for Letter Creation; Familiarity with all, but not limited to, the following: o Marketing Guidelines (brand standards information and specs); o Online/interactive design and production knowledge/skills; o MAC and PC platforms; o Software Applications (Microsoft Office); o Digital Printing Press; o Industry publications (i.e. Websites and magazines); o Related industry, organizational and departmental policies, practices, and procedures; legal guidelines, ordinances, and laws; Be creative and innovative; Capable of being organized, detail oriented, and resolve problems; Must be flexible in changing project deadlines and work environment; and able to be have efficient time management skills; Take initiative on projects, work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment; Ability to make arithmetic computations using whole numbers, fractions and decimals, rates, ratios, and percentages; Ability to use Microsoft Office Suite (Power Point, Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and standard office equipment (telephone, computer, copier, etc.).

Experience Required:

Minimum of three (3) months of experience in the creative/marketing field designing and producing digital files, photo editing, and providing creative solution

Education Required:

Bachelor’s Degree in Graphic Design, Art, Advertising, Marketing, or related field of study from an accredited college or university
