The Applications Analyst will be joining the ImageCenter Implementation team that is known for providing a comprehensive teller, remote, remittance, ATM capture, fraud prevention solution and cash letter settlement with the Federal Reserve. In this role, you will be responsible for travelling to client sites to install new software applications and upgrade existing customer release environments, ensuring that the software application is installed and fully functional by consulting with customer, and analyzing how their existing products need to be mapped to Jack Henry products. The Applications Analyst must be able to effectively train the customer on the features and use of the ImageCenter application. The successful candidate will be self-motivated, process oriented, customer-centric, possess strong technical experience and organizational skills, experienced at process improvement, and flexible.

This position will be filled to work Remotely within the U.S.

The target salary range for this position is $45,798 - $65,000, based on location and experience.

What you'll be responsible for:

  • Provide remote or on-site software installation services. Ensure software applications are installed and fully functional.
  • Prior to the installation, analyze the customers' existing products and consults with customer to map current system to the JH product.
  • Consult with customers to define parameters within the software application.
  • Train the customer on use and feature functionality of the application.
  • Communicate the customer's needs/expectations to appropriate personnel.
  • Interact with Project Manager on various issues.
  • Mentors and provides training to employees.
  • May perform other job duties as assigned.

What you'll need to have:

  • A minimum 4 years of experience in technical support and/or software implementation.
  • Experience with SQL.
  • Ability to work nights or weekends as needed.
  • Ability to travel up to 30% to perform new installs, onsite system evaluations, recommendations, or upgrades for our customers.

What would be nice for you to have:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT, Computer Science, or Business.
  • Experience in financial institution operations.
  • Knowledge of ImageCenter application or check processing.
