Description

Amazon is seeking a creative and driven Learning and Development Program Manager with experience in creating and maintaining talent development programs. Learning and Development Program Manager will support strategic recruiting initiatives and talent pipeline programs.

In this role, you will be responsible for building internal and external relationships to identify recruiting opportunities, managing existing talent pipeline programs, developing new talent programs based on organizational data, and supporting global career development programs.

Prioritize multiple concurrent projects and initiatives focused on recruiting and developing GES employees. You will work with business stakeholders as well as subject matter experts to identify talent gaps and deliver recruiting and development programs that meet the unique needs of GES teams.

Key job responsibilities

  • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and business teams to identify goals and outcomes for recruiting events and talent pipeline programs.
  • Design, develop, and manage talent programs based on organizational need.
  • Build internal and external partnerships to execute bar raising recruiting events aligned to organizational hiring needs
  • Research and audit existing talent programs to identify best practices and opportunities to engage GES in existing programs
  • Manage day to day operations of talent programs.
  • Travel may be required up to 25%-50%

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree
  • 3+ years of defining and implementing process improvement initiatives using data and metrics experience
  • 3+ years of program or project management experience
  • Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
  • Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements
  • Experience working cross functionally with tech and non-tech teams

Preferred Qualifications

  • 3+ years of driving end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership experience
  • 3+ years of driving process improvements experience
  • Experience in stakeholder management, dealing with multiple stakeholders at varied levels of the organization
  • Experience building processes, project management, and schedules
