Key Responsibilities

  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders, including customers, partners, and industry experts, to gather insights and feedback. Build relationships to facilitate the adoption of innovative solutions.
  • Performance Metrics: Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of innovation initiatives. Analyze data and report on the impact of innovation efforts on business performance.
  • Budget Management: Develop and manage the budget for innovation projects, ensuring efficient allocation of resources and adherence to financial constraints.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, or a related field. An advanced degree (MBA, MS, PhD) is preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in innovation, R&D, or a related field, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven track record of successful innovation initiatives and project management.
