As the Senior Director of Talent Management, you will be a pivotal leader in shaping our talent strategy to drive organizational success. Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership:

  • Talent Acquisition & Retention:
    • Oversee the recruitment strategy, including talent sourcing, employer branding, and recruitment processes.
    • Implement and manage programs to enhance employee retention and satisfaction, including career development and succession planning.
  • Leadership Development:
    • Design and oversee leadership development programs to build a strong pipeline of future leaders.
    • Implement coaching and mentoring initiatives to support employee growth and career progression.
  • Performance Management:
    • Develop and manage performance management systems to ensure fair and effective performance evaluations.
    • Utilize data and analytics to drive decisions related to employee performance, development, and reward.
  • Employee Engagement:
    • Create and implement strategies to improve employee engagement and foster a positive organizational culture.
    • Conduct regular assessments of employee satisfaction and take proactive measures to address any issues.
  • Compliance & Best Practices:
    • Ensure talent management practices are compliant with all relevant laws and regulations.
    • Stay current with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve talent management processes.
Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field. An MBA or Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of experience in talent management, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership role.
  • Skills:
    • Proven ability to develop and execute strategic talent management initiatives.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
    • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a track record of building strong relationships across all levels of the organization.
    • Proficiency in data analysis and the ability to use insights to drive decision-making.
