Job Title: Customer Service Coordinator / HVAC Service Dispatcher

Pay: $16.00 - $20.00 per hour, dependent upon experience

Work Hours: 8:00am to 5:00pm, Monday through Friday, some overtime as needed

What You Will Be Doing

  • Answering incoming calls
  • Customer service with homeowners and commercial customers
  • Scheduling service calls & dispatching technicians
  • Coordinate and schedule planned maintenance accounts
  • Maintaining customer database with current information
  • Calling customers with lead time for service
  • Scheduling return trips
  • Logging warranties and rebates
  • Working independently and as a team
  • Daily use of Service Titan, our cloud-based CRM software

Qualifications / Skills

  • Impeccable customer service skills
  • 2 + years related experience in an office setting in customer service, dispatching, project coordination, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Sales experience
  • Intermediate to Advanced Computer skills
  • Microsoft Office software skills
  • Data Entry skills of 40 WPM +
  • Organizational skills and high attention to detail
  • Service Scheduling / Coordinating experience desired
  • Knowledge of the HVAC industry is recommended but not required
  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
