Roles And Responsibilities
- Coordinate with contractors and subcontractors to administratematerial related to the DBE and Civil Rights Title VI Program
- Assist in the administrationofDiversity Compliance Software Systems for various large scale civil construction projects, including contract procurement, employee training, and client presentations
- Document and report all Prime and subcontractors’ payments, awards,certifications, andcontract goal information to senior administrative staff
- Resolve issues related to Prime Contractor and subcontractor utilization of the Diversity Compliance Software System.
- Participate in updatemeetings to relay and address theconcerns of both contractors and subcontractors
- Prioritize conflicting needs; handle matters expeditiously; and follow through on projects to successful completion
- Other related duties and tasks as required
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Public Administration, or related area required
- Minimum of 3 years ofexperience in administratingdiversity compliancesoftware; preferably in a government agency construction setting
- Ability to pass a TWIC and/or SWAC Background Check at High Level
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
