  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Role Description

This is a contract role for a New Nurse Career Coach at Premedly. The New Nurse Career Coach will be responsible for providing soft skills coaching and development to new graduates (ASN, BSN, MSN PN, CNA), supporting them in living happier work lives and of course enhancing patient care. This is a remote position with day-to-day tasks involving coaching sessions, feedback provision, and skill development planning.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years in Coaching and Development
  • Experience in the healthcare or nursing setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to provide constructive feedback
  • Remote coaching and mentoring experience
  • Knowledge of current healthcare trends and challenges
  • Experience in career counseling or coaching
  • Bachelor's degree in Nursing or related field
