Responsibilities
- Execute massive website improvements (design, buy flow, cross-sells, etc.) to increase conversion rate, subscriber base, AOV, and other metrics that drive growth
- Constantly A/B test improvements on every level of the website.
- Keep the client’s Shopify site operational 24/7.
- Manage 3rd party Shopify plugins and their performance.
- Very smart, good at coding and logic puzzles
- Ambitious, high-energy, and solutions-oriented
- Proficient in CSS and Javascript, and confident that you can learn and become top-notch in Liquid (Shopify language)
- Decent design eye and attention to detail (i.e. you can do good work with CSS and QA your projects effectively)
- Ability to work with Git and manage multiple simultaneous development projects.
- Understanding of basic eCommerce operations.
- Able to stay organized and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Resourceful, detail-oriented, and solution-based attitude.
- Has an understanding of data analysis and data strategy.
- Effective communication and project management skills.
- Full Time - Salaried
- Salary based on experience, starts at $60,000.
- In-person or Hybrid work is preferred - the office is in Durham, NC.
