Job Description:

Responsible for technology, business process, and operational design for Talent succession within Oracle HCM Cloud

Partner with client to complete a design review of current Talent setup and roll out plan for Talent succession within Oracle HCM cloud.

10+ years Oracle HCM Cloud expertise

Provides options and recommendations based on leading practice

Facilitates clear communication, alignment, and integration within and across teams

Participates in key meetings, drive issues/ risks/ decisions to closure

Provides status details to Project manager
