**Key Responsibilities:**

• **Client Consultation:** Conduct thorough consultations with clients to understand their travel dreams, preferences, interests, and budget constraints. Listen attentively to their desires and aspirations for the perfect vacation experience
• **Destination Research:** Research and identify suitable destinations and experiences that align with clients' dreams and preferences. Consider factors such as climate, culture, activities, accommodations, and local attractions
• **Customized Itinerary Design:** Design bespoke vacation itineraries tailored to each client's unique preferences and interests. Incorporate handpicked accommodations, immersive experiences, sightseeing tours, culinary delights, and special surprises
• **Transportation Arrangements:** Arrange transportation options for clients, including flights, airport transfers, rental cars, private drivers, and train tickets, to ensure seamless travel logistics
• **Budget Management:** Work within clients' budget parameters to create cost-effective yet luxurious vacation experiences. Negotiate competitive rates, special offers, and value-added amenities to maximize value without compromising quality
• **Client Communication:** Maintain regular communication with clients throughout the vacation planning process, providing updates, itinerary details, and addressing any questions or concerns promptly. Offer personalized recommendations and itinerary adjustments as needed
