SOCIAL MEDIA AND INFLUENCER MARKETING MANAGER- AMANDA UPRICHARD, a NYC based female owned contemporary fashion brand is looking for a full-time experienced Senior Social Media and Influencer Marketing Manager to lead our social media and influencer initiatives. We are based in the heart of the Garment Center in NYC. Amanda Uprichard is sold on our website, as well as the best contemporary websites such as Shopbop, and Revolve, and department and specialty stores nationwide.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Manage and oversee Amanda Uprichard’s organic and paid social media and influencer marketing initiatives. Collaborate closely with the Marketing Director to drive the brand's presence and engagement across all social media platforms, ensuring alignment with the brand’s DNA and marketing goals.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Manage day-to-day operations of Amanda Uprichard’s social media channels, including content creation, community management, and strategy execution.
Develop and implement monthly content calendars that support strategic focus areas, driving brand awareness and reinforcing Amanda Uprichard’s brand DNA.
Lead content planning for product launches, key brand moments, and ongoing campaigns, focusing on strengthening engagement and brand loyalty.
Innovate social media and content strategies, lead content and campaign ideation, and ensure Amanda Uprichard’s social channels are best-in-class.
Collaborate with the creative team to identify and guide user-generated content (UGC) needs; develop social shot lists for monthly content shoots.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure social media efforts align with brand and customer growth goals.
Drive growth and reach of Amanda Uprichard’s social channels, including leading social brand partnerships.
Serve as the social analytics lead, creating monthly social performance dashboards for the leadership team; regularly analyze performance and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.
Compile and present post-campaign results to the leadership team, highlighting successes and learnings for future campaigns.
Stay up-to-date with social media trends, platform updates, and content innovation, with a particular focus on Instagram and TikTok.
Develop and execute influencer marketing plans that align with Amanda Uprichard’s branding objectives and overarching marketing campaigns.
Scout and cultivate partnerships with influencers who resonate with the brand’s ethos and can authentically engage with the core demographic.
Skillfully negotiate partnership terms, deliverables, compensation agreements (monetary or in-kind), and exclusivity clauses with influencers.
Oversee the entire campaign lifecycle from ideation to launch, ensuring consistent brand storytelling across all marketing channels.
Ensure compliance with content regulations and advertising standards across all influencer-generated content.
Manage influencer marketing budgets, optimizing ROI by investing in high-impact initiatives.
Partner directly with influencers to brainstorm content ideas that captivate their audience while aligning with Amanda Uprichard’s brand goals.
Lead and coordinate efforts with internal teams or external agencies involved in influencer projects, ensuring seamless campaign execution.
Stay ahead of influencer marketing trends and emerging platforms; share best practices and insights with the internal team.

SKILLS REQUIRED:

Proven ability to develop and execute strategic social media and influencer marketing plans that drive brand awareness and engagement.
Strong understanding of social media platforms, particularly Instagram and TikTok, with a keen eye for content innovation and trends.
Excellent content planning and campaign management skills, with a focus on delivering consistent and engaging brand messaging.
