- Strong written and verbal communication skills, including cross-cultural communication
- Attention to detail and effective problem-solving capabilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team and manage multiple tasks
- Availability for short-term international travel and current U.S. work authorization
- Proficiency in a second language, such as French, Spanish, or Arabic
- Experience with MS Office applications and project management systems
