  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

EXPERIENCE IN EDUCATION LAW PREFERRED BUT NOT REQUIRED

The Office of General Counsel of New Jersey's largest public school district, the Newark Public Schools, has an opening in the position of Associate Counsel.

Required: Juris Doctor degree, admission to the New Jersey bar, some experience in the practice of law; eligibility for employment in New Jersey public schools; intelligence; interest in public education law and policy; ability and willingness to work hard; desire to learn public education law from some of the greatest teachers.

Preferred: Prior experience representing New Jersey public school districts, schools, or other public entities; knowledge of state and federal law relating to public education; experience in special education law, employment law, and/or litigation.
