Qualifications:

- 10+ years of experience in business development, with a strong background in the construction industry, particularly in healthcare.

- Proven track record of securing large-scale healthcare projects.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

- Strong leadership abilities with the capacity to build and lead high-performing teams.

- Knowledge of the Boston healthcare market is a must.
