WHO YOU ARE:
· Bachelors degree REQUIRED
· 3+ years executive recruiting experience (agency or inhouse)
· MUST HAVE EXECUTIVE SEARCH EXPERIENCE
· Quick learner who enjoys acquiring knowledge in new subject areas
· Creative thinker who is analytically capable and intellectually curious
· Good communicator who can present findings in a clear, compelling fashion
· Strong believer in the value of partnership and teamwork
· Empathetic and proactive teammate who is flexible in a fast‐paced environment
· Detail oriented and knows that the small things matter
WHAT YOU’LL DO:
· Identify world-class talent for well known brands across the country
· Utilize internal and external resources to identify the best candidates for our clients
· Collect information to inform search strategy and client teams
· Be a key contributor within an accomplished, growing and passionate team
· Interact with top companies and leading executives in various industries
· Develop your knowledge around the world of business, org structure, and venture capital
· Tackle unique projects to help Cowen Partners and our clients grow
