Our product, Lockthreat, is a comprehensive GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) solution designed to manage risks, automate compliance processes, and improve security posture.

Position Overview: We are looking for a motivated Junior Business Systems Analyst with 2-3 years of experience in the GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) product space to join our team. You will play a key role in analyzing and refining business processes, gathering and translating business requirements, and supporting the successful delivery of our Lockthreat product. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering a great opportunity to grow your career with us.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements related to GRC workflows.
  • Support the implementation and customization of the Lockthreat platform for various clients.
  • Work closely with technical teams to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  • Assist in developing and improving business processes and workflows within the Lockthreat environment.
  • Provide end-user support and training on the Lockthreat platform, ensuring smooth onboarding and continued success.
  • Conduct gap analysis and suggest process improvements to optimize GRC activities.
  • Participate in regular team meetings, project planning, and client interactions to ensure successful project delivery.

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years of experience working in the GRC product space, with exposure to systems such as Lockthreat, RSA Archer, or MetricStream.
  • Strong understanding of GRC processes, governance frameworks, risk management, and compliance.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business requirements.
  • Experience gathering and documenting requirements, writing use cases, and creating functional specifications.
  • Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field is preferred.
