Building Engineer

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with all relevant codes, regulations, and safety mandates.
• Maintain, operate, and repair HVAC systems, electrical equipment, plumbing, and building interiors/exteriors.
• Inspect HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems to ensure optimal performance.
• Perform repairs, emergency, and preventative maintenance as assigned.
• Respond promptly to emergencies and coordinate external assistance when necessary.
• Review maintenance records to develop proactive inspection and maintenance schedules.
  
  

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of commercial building maintenance
• HVAC Certification required
• Valid Driver's License required
  
  

Must

• Be 18 years or older
• Authorized to work in the US
• Be able to stand for long periods of time
• Lift or move up to 100 lbs
