Job Description

A Production Operator I works as part of a team to produce quality electronic equipment within a dynamic manufacturing environment. A Production Operator I flexes easily between tasks, and seeks to be proficient at all tasks within their assigned functional area. Responsibilities include fabricating or assembling electronic equipment according to written work instructions, adapting to multiple work areas daily, delivering materials in response to Kanban signals, performing inventory transactions accurately, participating in daily management system meetings, contributing to continuous improvement projects, and keeping the work area well-organized and clean. Additional duties may be assigned by the Supervisor.

Work Environment

State-of-the-art electronics manufacturing environment in a brand new facility with new work stations. The facility is setup like a football field, starting with raw materials, followed by SMT & AOI machines, assembly/hand add area, and ending in the packaging/shipping department. This position will be working in the assembly/hand add area.
