Job Impulse, Inc. has an immediate opening for a Customer Service Representative in Lake Orion MI. Our client is a manufacturing facility. The Customer Service Representative is responsible for addressing inquiries, providing information about products, processing orders, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities Of a Customer Service Representative Includes

  • Receive and process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely fulfillment.
  • Coordinate with production, shipping, and other relevant departments to meet customer delivery expectations.
  • Develop a deep understanding of the manufacturing process and products offered by the company.
  • Provide detailed product information to customers and assist with technical inquiries.
  • Address customer concerns related to product functionality, specifications, and troubleshooting.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to resolve complex product-related issues.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement within the customer service and order fulfillment processes.
  • Provide feedback to relevant departments to enhance overall customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, transactions, and feedback.
  • Generate reports on customer service metrics as needed

Job Requirements Of a Customer Service Representative

  • Familiarity with manufacturing processes and an understanding of the company's product line.
  • Ability to comprehend technical specifications and assist customers with technical inquiries.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, especially in conveying technical information.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve customer issues.
  • Customer-centric approach with a commitment to meeting customer needs.
  • Ability to manage customer expectations and deliver on promises.

REQUIRED Experience And Education

At least 2-5 years of previous Customer Service Experience in a Manufacturing facility.

Bachelors degree is preferred.
