TrustWorks, a nationwide Estate Planning law firm, is searching for a Sales Support Specialist / Client Success Coordinator (CSC).

In this position, key responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating appointments, and providing advanced customer support. Additional responsibilities include assisting with administrative tasks and helping to create social media content to foster brand awareness. This position will follow up with potential clients and track the acquisition process. The role will organize and confirm client registrations, maintain communication with invited guests as they RSVP, attend & help host seminars and schedule attorney meetings.

Responsibilities

You are a key player in our client service offering!

  • Responsibilities include day-to-day engagement of new and prospective clients, focusing on proactive relationship-building objectives utilizing a white glove approach of courtesy and support that prioritizes care and attention to detail.
  • Provides support through professional communication with all potential and signed clients as well as other team members.
  • As a client coordinator, key responsibilities include managing client relationships, coordinating appointments, and providing advanced customer support.
  • Nurture and maintain client relationships in the legal industry, ensuring their needs are met and expectations are surpassed
  • Primary responsibility will be account management including relationship management, up-sell/cross-sell, customer renewals, and expansions
  • Manage production and compilation of event materials and handouts such as assembling presentation packet documents, evaluation forms, signage, follow up mailings, and any last-minute requests
  • Maintain contact with meeting attendees and follow up with potential new clients who have not yet retained the firm
  • Assist in working with attorneys during client signing meetings
  • Assist operations in coordinating across multiple internal departments, handling client inquiries and needs
  • Create reports for daily/weekly meetings, maintain KPIs, data, and metrics on sales
  • Communicate timely and effectively with colleagues regarding the specifics of any new client or potential client

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Local travel is required within assigned territory, must have reliable transportation (reimbursement to be made).
  • Performs other related duties as assigned
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage relationships
  • Thrive in a fast-paced environment and tackle opportunities with strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently, organize, and manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • Proficiency in Windows applications, Web applications, MS Office, Google Docs, and other modern business applications
  • Dependability and flexibility are key
  • Must maintain a stellar attendance record, always punctual, dependable, and flexible
  • Approachable, engaging, and always ready to greet challenges with a smile

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field preferred
  • Experience in a client facing role within the legal industry AND/OR
  • Business to Consumer (B2c) sales/ sales support is ideal.

No out of area candidates will be considered. This is a non-exempt position; employees will be paid at an hourly rate and will be eligible for overtime pay. Local travel is required within assigned territory, must have reliable transportation with travel compensation when/where appropriate.
