Description Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Communications Assistant to join our innovative marketing team. The ideal candidate will possess strong writing and communication skills, an eye for detail, and a passion for storytelling in the digital age Location : Kansas City, MO Job : Full time - On site Pay Range: $47.500 - $53.000 per year Key Responsibilities Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing materials including brochures, newsletters, and social media content. Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns across various channels. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer preferences. Help manage and update the company’s social media profiles and engage with our online community. Collaborate with team members to ensure brand consistency in all communications. Assist in the planning and coordination of promotional events and activities. Analyze marketing data and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns. Skills, Knowledge and Expertise Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite. Familiarity with social media platforms and best practices. Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills. A proactive attitude and willingness to learn new concepts.
