GENERAL PURPOSE

Provide essential recruiting and sourcing services to our Recruiting Team to ensure we recruit/hire highly qualified applicants in a timely manner to meet the business needs. Execute the development, implementation and management of recruitment and staffing initiatives. Manage university programs including but not limited to the tracking, utilization and recruitment of students from Aegis University partners as needed.

Essential Job Duties

  • Provide targeted sourcing for open positions in all business lines in support of the recruitment team (LinkedIn, Indeed, competitor calls, market assessment)
  • Provide expertise and act as liaison with Phenom (CRM) system while also assisting recruitment team in key target markets with email /text blasts, mailers, competitor faxing, postings at State Associations, Handshake and other postings at Universities nationwide, etc.
  • Manage Phenom (CRM) candidate database with updated resumes from conferences, webinars, mined resumes, new grad information and be the expert on Phenom, on changes in processes and new tools.
  • Managing all recruitment reports in the shared drive including Open Positions, Contractor report, Summary of hires monthly report, Guaranteed work week hours, PRN utilization monthly reports, Recruiting Business Reviews.
  • Refreshing open positions daily, reposting, updating data that has changed on reqs, managing perm placement request lists, opening reqs for new business.
  • All other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree (preferred)
  • Healthcare recruiting experience, preferred
  • Strong organization skills to manage workload of whole recruiting team
  • Must be capable of maintaining regular attendance

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Behaviors

  • Excellent skills in Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, & PowerPoint) and ability to learn company or customer systems
  • Ability to meet deadlines under stressful conditions and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Willingness to work fluctuating and flexible hours to include evenings and weekends
  • Good oral, phone, and written communications skills
  • Ability to communicate timely and effectively with corporate and field management Ability to advanced triage and troubleshoot behavior and performance of information technology systems
