Hire Type 12+ months contract

Job summary:
We are seeking a highly experienced Principal Functional Architect with 18 to 20 years of expertise in SAP TM-Analytics, SAP EWM Integration, SAP TM-Subcontracting & Tendering, SAP TM-Freight Cost Management & Settlement, and SAP TM-Transportation Planning. The ideal candidate will also possess domain skills in Order to Cash Order Management, Manufacturing and Supply Chain, and Finance & Accounting. This role is crucial for driving our strategic initiatives and ensuring seamless integration across modules.

Job responsibilities:
Responsible for driving discussions with the customer SMEs, IT, defining Key design decisions, business process flows and finalize design.
Responsible analyzing and documenting requirements, providing best possible solutions to customer requirements, standardization of the current processes and harmonizing them.
Design new solution extensions, participate and contribute to the solution roadmap, implementation strategy and help in creating solution documentation.
Participate in technology integration discussions and contribute towards solving them.
Accountable for meeting committed deliverables and deadlines.

Minimum Qualifications:
Excellent understanding of SAP and S/4HANA best practices and proven experience in implementation of SAP in the Life sciences sector.
Exposure to compliance requirements-GMP, Export compliance, DG Compliance for transportation & distribution
Expertise in setting up and running through solution demos and presentations to customers/business stakeholders
o Experience in implementation of the SAP TM module - inbound and outbound transportation ,Truck, Rail, Ocean and Air, multi-modal and intermodal freight, capacity management, subcontracting and tendering, fleet planning, container management and optimization, load optimization, interface with shipment tracking (event management), collaboration portals
o Experience of Integration with OTC, Procurement and EWM is essential
Experience of working in Decentralized TM. Experience in s/4HANA embedded TM desirable.
Experience in Blueprint design and documentation.
Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills.
Ability to set, manage and meet expectations with SMEs and stakeholders.
