Job Description: As a Treasury Analyst, you will play a key role in managing our organization's liquidity, cash flow, and financial risk. You will work closely with the treasury team to execute daily cash management activities, monitor financial transactions, and ensure compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will contribute to optimizing our treasury operations and supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Roles And Responsibilities

  • Execute daily cash management activities, including cash positioning, forecasting, and liquidity management.
  • Monitor bank account balances and cash flow projections to ensure adequate liquidity for operational needs and funding requirements.
  • Execute payments, transfers, and wire transactions accurately and timely, adhering to internal controls and regulatory guidelines.
  • Assist in the management of banking relationships and negotiate banking services and fees.
  • Prepare and analyze cash flow reports, variance analysis, and financial forecasts to support decision-making by senior management.
  • Evaluate and mitigate financial risks related to interest rates, foreign exchange, and credit exposure.
  • Support the treasury team in the implementation and optimization of treasury management systems (TMS) and financial software.
  • Assist in the preparation of treasury-related disclosures and reports for internal stakeholders, auditors, and regulatory agencies.

Skills Required

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. Certification such as CTP (Certified Treasury Professional) is a plus.
  • Proven experience in treasury operations, cash management, or financial analysis.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret financial data, conduct quantitative analysis, and prepare financial forecasts.
  • Knowledge of banking procedures, financial instruments, and treasury management systems (TMS).
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial software (e.g., Bloomberg, SAP, Kyriba) for data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Effective communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact professionally with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy in financial reporting and transaction processing.
