Hiring a Mechanical Engineer for the Aerospace Industry!

Description:

  • Design and development of prototypes, material specifications, and production tooling.
  • Substantial hands-on work and interface with factory employees.
  • Creation of test plans, conducting tests, and preparing test reports to show compliance to government standards. (PMA, TSO, DER Repairs)
  • Preparation of design documentation including detail and assembly drawings, work instructions, and inspection requirements.
  • Sourcing of new components and materials from vendors.
  • Writing operating manuals, owner’s manuals, and product labeling.
  • Provide technical support through sales department and directly to customers.
  • Draw sketches to illustrate specified materials or assembly sequence.
  • Have and utilize good working knowledge of PC skills as necessary to obtain, utilize, plan, reconstruct, evaluate, organize, review, and maintain the necessary records and documentation within the assigned areas.
  • Promote and maintain safe, clean, and organized work area.
  • Participate in decisions relating to all accountable areas, productivity, quality, safety, maintenance as required, processes & systems.
