Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound calls daily from different component groups such as Hybrid, Powertrain, Electrical, Body, and Chassis
- Providing diagnostic and troubleshooting tips and resolution to dealership technicians
- Updating and escalating cases to Tier II personnel, product engineers, and Field Technical Specialists on product quality concerns and issues
Required Skills and Experience:
- 5+ years' dealership experience
- Automotive Diagnostic skills
- ASE certifications are preferred
- Demonstrate ability to interface with Dealer Technicians via phone, email and written communication
- Comfortable working on a computer with good typing ability
- Proficient with MS Word
- Exceptional communication skills (verbal and written)
- Typing test results required with submission
