As a Piping Designer (also known as Mechanical Piping Designer, Piping Systems Modeler), you will be responsible for modeling mechanical piping systems, coordinating these systems with ductwork, mechanical equipment, architectural, and structural elements. You will also create As-Built condition drawings for projects, ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and codes, and produce all documents on time and within budget. You will work closely with the project manager and field foreman.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED, or a 2-year associate's degree.
  • At least 5 years of experience with mechanical piping design or trade.
  • Proficiency in CAD Software and CAD/CAM Software.
  • Basic Microsoft Office experience and the ability to read and interpret construction documents.
