As a leadership development consultant, you'll serve as a resource for the design, development, and deployment of competency development, learning experiences, and initiatives within the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) organization. You'll build strong relationships with CRM business leaders and the HR organization as you assess business needs through analysis and extensive consultation. You'll curate, create, recommend, and deliver solutions to meet customer needs while embedding inclusion and leveraging diversity for better outcomes. This position will support individual and team development, design development programs and contribute to CRM development-related initiatives. This is a remote position with occasional travel (1-3 times/year) to an office for a meeting, conference, or training.

Must-have qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree and a minimum of eight years related professional experience in Human Resources or development-related work.
  • In lieu of a degree, a minimum of ten years related professional experience in Human Resources or development-related work

Preferred skills
  • Demonstrated knowledge of industry best practices around leadership development and learning.
  • Experience in competency-based learning and development, performance improvement and/or organizational development
  • Experience with program design/development/management and curriculum design
  • Experience consulting with senior leaders and diverse stakeholder groups, and providing coaching and feedback to the same audiences

Compensation
  • $84,900 - $113,200/year
  • Gainshare bonus up to 30% of eligible earnings based on company performance
