  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job Title: Contracts Management Specialist (Tenders, LoA)

Pay Rate: $35/Hr

Duration: 12 Months

Location: Remote

This position is for the Power/Energy division.

We are looking for a Contracts Management Specialist (Tenders, LoA). We are looking for someone with a legal background to review contracts and participate in contract negotiations that need legal expertise. Location is flexible within the US.

  • Analyzes and comments on tenders, contracts, and contract-related documents and gives proactive advice.
  • Supports LoA process and checks compliance with other internal guidelines and/or processes. (e.g legal questionnaire)
  • Participates in contract negotiations and in formulation/implementation of negotiation strategy.
  • Ensure adherence to internal standards and compliance with external regulations.
  • Contributes to standardization of contracts and improvement processes.
  • Review contract terms and conditions throughout America, ensuring they are according to the guidelines.
  • Interfacing with stakeholders in different countries
  • Participating in meetings with customers to negotiate T&Cs adjustments
