Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear understanding and alignment.
- Analyze business processes related to Capital Markets or Wealth Management and recommend improvements or optimizations.
- Write, test, and run SQL queries to support data analysis, reporting, and decision-making processes.
- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into functional specifications.
- Ensure that business requirements are met through effective communication and coordination with cross-functional teams.
- Prepare detailed documentation, including business requirements, functional specifications, and process flows.
- Assist in the execution and validation of test cases to ensure the accuracy and integrity of business solutions.
- Provide ongoing support and troubleshooting for business systems and applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Business System Analyst, with a focus on Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
- Proficiency in writing and running SQL queries.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with clients and stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
- Experience in documenting business processes, requirements, and system specifications.
- Knowledge of financial instruments, trading, and wealth management products is a plus.
- Experience with database management and data modeling.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and tools.
- Understanding of regulatory requirements within Capital Markets or Wealth Management.
