New Oakland Family Centers provides comprehensive behavioral health and substance abuse services for consumers across Michigan, in both outpatient and partial hospitalization settings.
Location: Southfield
Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:00 am – 4:30 pm or other full-time equivalent.
Reports To: Director of Operations / Lead Site Support Coordinator / Fleet Coordinator / Site Directors / Site Supervisors
Compensation: Hourly Employee; $17-$19/hour. Commensurate with experience.
Position Summary: The Courier position is a part-time or full-time position comprised of supporting the organization with transporting of supplies, as well as transporting fleet vehicles for servicing.

Requirements
High school graduate or equivalent. Must be able to work well as a team. Must have a valid driver’s license and approved driving record. Must be able to lift up to 50-100lbs at a time such as office furniture and supplies. Preferred experience and comfort driving large vehicles such as box trucks, buses, flatbed trucks, etc.

- Provides courier services when necessary: transport of items between offices, to vendors, etc. as needed.
- Maintains responsibility for ferrying and transporting fleet vehicles to dealerships/workshops for any maintenance needs.
- Helps with stock organization and stock control/ordering.
- Moves and organizes furniture
- Communicates daily with team leads.
- Fulfills all initial and ongoing training requirements
- Performs other duties as assigned.
