  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.

About the Role:

We are seeking a Data Scientist to join our Global Tech (GT) Business Operations and Enablement (BOE) analytics team. This role will focus on auditing, reporting, and building scalable data solutions. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining a GT-wide automated auditing platform for labor and finance data using Python and SQL, while working closely with stakeholders to understand their requirements and deliver insights.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an automated auditing platform using Python and SQL.
  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to understand requirements and provide insights/recommendations.
  • Validate key performance indicators and build queries to quantitatively measure business performance.
  • Build and present data visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to support decision-making.
  • Perform statistical analysis and data mining to extract key insights, identify patterns, and monitor data quality.
  • Continuously improve processes through automation and workflow optimization.
  • Translate complex technical functionality into business-relevant language for stakeholders.
  • Ensure data integrity and governance standards, including data cleansing, anomaly detection, and documentation.
  • Support the development of data ingestion pipelines and maintain high-volume data processing frameworks.

Must-Have Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in a data analytics or engineering role, or equivalent education/training.
  • Strong proficiency in Python (especially for data cleaning), SQL, and Excel.
  • Experience in developing automated data cleansing and auditing tools.
  • Ability to visualize, present, and explain data insights to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently on complex data sets.
  • Ability to understand and work with legacy code/scripts.
