Requirements
Child Start's Assistant Site Supervisor is $24.32 per hour, 40 hours per week and 52 weeks per year.

Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Child Development, Early Childhood Education, Management, Human Services, or a related field
- Must have Kansas Program Director's Approval for up to 100 children aged 0-5
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Head Start or other early childhood education program
- Proven leadership experience, preferably with at least 1 year of supervising staff
- Strong knowledge of Head Start Performance Standards and Kansas Child Care Licensing regulations
- Ability to effectively gather, analyze, and utilize data
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 pounds regularly
