We are looking for Senior Territory Manager to join our our New England CGM/Insulin Pump team! This position starts at $100,000 base plus a commission plan. At least 5 years of medical supply industry sales experience is required!

Reliable Respiratory is a Durable Medical Equipment (DME) company that provides the highest quality level of service for patients in need of respiratory, diabetes, urology, and maternity support. Equipment provided includes, CPAPs, BiPAPs, AutoPAPs, nebulizers, oxygen equipment, ventilators, CGM devices, insulin pumps, and breast pumps. Each patient is treated with professionalism, understanding, and attentive service. We care about our customers, work closely with the medical community, and have highly skilled staff ready to assist customers in receiving the best care possible.

The Territory Manager will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with clients in a designated territory. The Territory Manager will collaborate with various departments and offices to ensure sales goals are being met.

Duties And Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets within the assigned territory.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities to expand business within those accounts.
  • Prospect and acquire new clients through cold calling, networking, and other sales techniques.
  • Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the features and benefits of our products.
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and threats.
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as marketing, product development, and customer service to ensure alignment of sales efforts with company objectives.
  • Prepare and deliver sales reports, forecasts, and updates to management on a regular basis.
  • Train and support sales representatives within the territory, providing guidance and resources to help them achieve their sales goals.
  • Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to represent the company and promote our products.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures and maintain a high level of professionalism in all interactions with clients and colleagues.

Requirement Qualifications

  • 5+ years of medical supply industry customer service and/or sales experience
  • 18 years of age or older
  • Must be eligible to work in the United States and not require authorization from us now or in the future
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Valid driver license and no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents over the last 3 years
  • Have no more than 2 moving violations or at fault accidents on the driving record within the past 3 years
  • Have no misdemeanor conviction relating in any way to the operation of a motor vehicle where you have been convicted of, or released from incarceration, within the past three years (other than a first conviction for any of the following misdemeanors: drunkenness, simple assault, speeding, minor traffic violations, affray or disturbance of the peace) and no felony convictions
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation; any offer of employment is conditioned upon the successful completion of a background investigation
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
