Reporting Developer, Digital CX
The Reporting developer will be able to do designing and developing Tableau or PowerBI solutions, with a strong background in contact center reporting concepts, as well as expertise in big data, NoSQL, and SQL data query/extraction coding.
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop reporting solutions using Tableau and/or PowerBI.
- Conduct data query/extraction coding using big data, NoSQL, and SQL technologies.
- Collaborate with various teams to ensure reporting solutions meet business requirements.
Must Have:
- Advanced knowledge of Contact Center Reporting and dashboards.
- Proficient in Tableau and/or PowerBI design and development.
- Experience with big data, NoSQL, SQL data query/extraction coding.
Good to Have: -
- Experience in developing complex reporting solutions for large data sets.
- Knowledge of Genesys Cloud CX reports and dashboards.
