The Associate Recruiter partners with hiring managers to fill open requisitions that are typically entry-level non-exempt clinical roles. This role is responsible for recruitment of candidates that bring the background and expertise needed for each role and who are also aligned to the company values. This position will work closely with the Human Resources team to support recruiting initiatives and projects. A successful candidate will have the desire to grow and learn as a recruiter in a fast paced environment, have the ability to engage professionally with candidates, and possess a basic understanding of recruiting principles.

This position is hybrid, with onsite days in our corporate office in Concord, NH.

Responsibilities:

  • Maintains accurate and up-to-date human resource files, records, and documentation
  • Answers frequently asked questions from applicants and employees relative to standard policies, benefits, hiring processes, etc; refers more complex questions to appropriate senior level HR staff or management
  • Performs periodic audits of HR files and records to ensure that all required documents are collected and filed appropriately
  • May assist with preparation of human resource reports such as attendance, new hire, and turnover reports
  • Collaborate with other departments and managers to ensure the smooth flow of information and documentation
  • Provides clerical support to the HR department; receives and distributes office mail; performs other related duties as assigned

Qualifications & Education:

  • High School Diploma or equivalent required;Bachelor's degree in human resources or a related field(preferred).2 to 4 years of relevant experience in lieu of education
  • Proficient in HRIS and other HR software applications with proven experience in an HR administrative role
  • Knowledge of HR processes, including new hire onboarding, benefits administration, and employee records management
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous recruitment experience required

  • Partner and collaborate with hiring managers to fill open non-exempt job requisitions on their team with candidates who align with the experience needed for the role and are aligned to company values.
  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet the various staffing goals across all levels within the company to include sourcing, candidate vetting, job offering, and assisting with administrative duties
  • Build a strong relationship with hiring managers and become a trusted talent acquisition partner to them
  • Provide administrative support to the human resources team
  • Develop and execute sourcing strategy for each requisition, which consists of attracting candidates via referrals, leveraging JazzHR to post positions, sending direct messages (via LinkedIn or other tools), advertising, career fairs, establishing and maintaining relationships with colleges to source entry level roles, etc
  • Track and report key recruiting metrics
  • Assist with building job descriptions to include company culture, skill needs for the position, and compliance
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job description and job qualifications
