Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Lead Transportation Management Consultant to join our team. This position requires extensive experience in SAP Transportation Management (TMS) and a proven track record in implementing SAP solutions. The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in SAP SCM and S/4 HANA TMS, with a strong ability to manage and deliver complex projects.

Responsibilities:

  • Define and manage the deliverables of the functional team to meet engagement objectives and budget.
  • Serve as a hands-on application expert, preparing and reviewing project deliverables such as benefits realization strategies, functional requirements, enterprise structure, business process design documents, and testing scenarios.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key executives, business personnel, SMEs, and professional organizations.
  • Apply best practices on projects, tailoring them to the client s culture and needs.
  • Estimate effort for the application team within your area of expertise.
  • Lead design workshops with clients to drive project success.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 7+ years of SAP experience as an implementation consultant in LE-TRA/WM and SD modules.
  • 5+ years of SAP Transportation Management (TMS) implementation experience.
  • At least 1 full life cycle of SAP TMS implementation in S/4 HANA and 2-3 implementations in SCM TMS.
  • Thorough knowledge of configurations in transportation planning, execution, cost and freight settlement, and integration to SD, EWM, and EM.
  • Experience with data distribution framework and post-processing framework (PPF) settings.
  • Proven ability to write functional specifications for WRICEF ( WRICEF stands for Workflow, Report, Interface, Conversion, Enhancement, and Forms)
  • S/4 HANA TMS Certification is preferred.
  • Experience with SAP S/4HANA System Conversion and Fiori apps.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with a proven ability to plan and execute work independently.
  • Experience in the healthcare regulated industry is a plus.

Education:

  • Bachelor s Degree in a related field is preferred.

  • Demonstrated experience in structuring and delivering complex business transformation programs.
  • Expertise in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Strong planning, organizational, and leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and deliver tough messages.

  • Ability to manage projects/enhancements and AMS related to SAP S/4 HANA.
  • Ensure delivery of services in accordance with agreed policies and procedures.
  • Manage daily/weekly performance against SLAs and critical incidents.
  • Collaborate with clients to understand and execute in-scope enhancements and application currency.
  • Escalate risks and issues to client leadership and ensure completion of relevant documentation.
