We are committed to growth, efficiency, and providing a world-class experience to our clients. To support our GTM teams, we are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Revenue Operations. This role will be pivotal to our success, driving business performance by optimizing processes, enhancing sales productivity, and fostering collaboration across our business units.

What You'll Do: As the Director of Revenue Operations, you will play a pivotal role in improving business performance by defining and optimizing business processes (e.g., forecasting, planning, budgeting, business reviews), monitoring execution, and driving accountability and visibility of progress against goals and objectives. This role will ensure high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency within the organization, ultimately driving revenue growth and operational efficiency.

Your Day-to-day & Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategy Development and Optimization:
  • Develop strategies to optimize Salesforce (SFDC), other SaaS tools, and data across all business units.
  • Ensure data accuracy, quality, and process consistency within the Growth organization.
  • Documentation and Training:
  • Create and maintain documentation on sales processes, policies, and relevant sales training materials.
  • Assist with onboarding new sales talent to ensure they are well-equipped with the necessary knowledge and resources.
  • Collaboration with Key Stakeholders:
  • Work with Finance, HR, and Sales Management to develop sales incentive programs and compensation planning to boost sales productivity.
  • Lead cross-functional projects to enhance processes by collaborating with product, tech, and back-office teams.
  • Sales Process Improvement:
  • Identify and eliminate sales process bottlenecks and inconsistencies to streamline operations.
  • Continuously assess the Sales team's effectiveness and identify areas for growth, proactively suggesting improvement opportunities and tactics.
  • Forecasting and Reporting:
  • Collaborate on the design, development, maintenance, and delivery/presentation of forecasting models, metrics, reports, analyses, and dashboards.
  • Utilize data-driven insights to drive key business decisions across the sales organization.
  • Project Execution and Cost Management:
  • Identify opportunities for and aid in the execution of projects aimed at increasing sales conversion, expanding margin, cutting costs, and improving the bottom line.

What You Need to be Successful:

  • At least 7 years of relevant leadership-level experience in a SaaS, software, or technology business in a revenue operations capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience impacting growth at companies with $50M+ in revenue.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems, marketing automation tools, BI platforms, and other relevant technologies.
  • Excellent quantitative analytical skills, creativity in problem-solving, empowering teams, and a keen business sense.
  • In-depth knowledge of revenue operations best practices and emerging trends.Ability to align revenue operations strategies with overall business goals and objectives.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence and foster collaborative relationships with cross-functional GTM departments.
  • University degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business, Marketing, Data Science, or a related discipline).
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
  • Demonstrated leadership capabilities with experience managing cross-functional teams and driving strategic initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with executive leadership and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience managing deal desks (or comparable operational functions), with demonstrated success collaborating cross-functionally on an effective process.
  • Deep SFDC expertise and expert knowledge of enterprise sales tools.
  • Ability to develop high-functioning Revenue Operations teams.

Salary Details: The annual salary range for this position is $180,000-$230,000 OTE. Actual compensation is based on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience.

Position Location: This role will be in Bellevue, WA, or Missoula, MT, following a hybrid work model. Employees are expected to be willing to work from one of our office locations twice a week or as needed by your team.
