Overview: Every Turnberry consultant belongs to a practice, an internal group of consultants and leaders with shared experience and expertise. Each of these practices aligns to one of the core services Turnberry offers to clients. As a Scrum Master, you will join Turnberry's Business Transformation practice. Turnberry's Business Transformation practice is dedicated to diagnosing and addressing core business challenges including regulatory compliance, full-scale implementation, managing change and driving continuous improvement across transformation initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Guide an experienced cross functional team and lead Agile best practices
  • Ensure Scrum is understood and enacted work with teams to solve problems and to drive continuous improvement and business owner satisfaction
  • Organize and facilitate all scrum related meetings, stand-ups, retrospectives, reviews, demos, etc.
  • Work with the team to develop project plans, roadmaps, and manage backlog
  • Communicate team plans, report impediments for escalation, and identify risks/concerns to relevant stakeholders to help resolve
  • Monitor team backlog daily and ensure it accurately reflects the current state of the sprint
  • Work with product owners and stakeholders to refine vision and establish goals and metrics
  • Track and communicate team velocity and sprint progress to all affected teams and management
  • Organize and facilitate the product release by following all the governance standards

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience leading both Scrum and Kanban Agile Teams
  • LIMS - Laboratory Information Management Systems experience
  • Demonstrable experience of Scrum/Kanban frameworks
  • Agile Experience Agile ceremonies metrics
  • Experience planning a Sprint release and Stakeholder Management, Negotiation, and Communication Skills
  • JIRA/Confluence experience
  • Ability to drive alignment across teams Lead and influence the team on best practices

The salary range for this role is $100,000 to $145,000 or the hourly equivalent.
