Oracle ERP Solutions Architect

Position Overview:

The Solutions Architect will provide technical leadership and expertise in architectural standards, design, and implementation of software solutions, with a focus on the ERP strategy. The role involves strategic planning, leading ERP implementation initiatives, and ensuring systems support business processes. It also includes managing vendor relationships and leading support teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architectural design and governance.
• Overseeing production support, disaster recovery, and technology platform management.
• Collaborating with internal teams to deliver technology solutions.
• Facilitating the evolution towards a future state architecture.
• Leading research and development on current industry trends.
• Performing gap analysis and creating roadmaps for future architecture.
• Championing product and solution design based on best practices.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in computer science or related fields.
• 7-10 years of IT experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
• Extensive experience with ERP systems (Oracle ERP preferred).
• Familiarity with cloud computing, specifically Oracle Cloud.
• Project management skills, experience with Agile methodologies.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Additional Information:

• Hybrid work: At least three days on-site.
• Knowledge of Agile and ITIL is a plus.
