Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Sr. AI/ML Engineer with a specialization in Generative AI to join our innovative team. This role involves designing, developing, and implementing cutting-edge Generative AI solutions, with a focus on leveraging Azure AI services. The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in traditional AI techniques and recent hands-on experience working on Generative AI projects. This is a contract position on W2 payroll, and we are open to considering visa sponsorship for candidates already in the USA.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and implement advanced Generative AI solutions to address complex business challenges.
- Architect and build scalable AI/ML pipelines using Azure AI services and best practices.
- Lead the development of both traditional and Generative AI models, ensuring high performance and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate AI solutions into existing products and services.
- Optimize AI models for efficiency, accuracy, and fairness, addressing any potential biases.
- Mentor junior team members and foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Requirements:
- Master's or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in AI/ML development, with at least 2 years focused on Generative AI projects.
- Strong proficiency in Python and deep learning frameworks like TensorFlow or PyTorch.
- Extensive experience with Azure AI services and Azure cloud infrastructure.
- Demonstrated expertise in designing and implementing large-scale ML systems.
- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and experience with CI/CD pipelines.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with infrastructure-as-code tools, particularly Terraform.
- Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes.
- Track record of contributions to open-source AI projects or research publications.
- Experience with natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision applications.
