  1. Make sure the webpage is open.

  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Job description:

Technical Capabilities for the Team:

  • Systems Leveraged:
    • Dialer: Noble Dialer, Maestro, Harmony, Composer, Shift Track
    • Text: Solutions by Text
    • Other: GoTo Phones, Wallboards
  • Abilities:
    • Prioritize and execute new developments/enhancements quickly
    • Text Builds (New and Edits)
    • Campaign Builds (New and Edits)
    • List Builds (New and Edits)
    • IVR Development, Enhancements, and Routing
    • Phone Line Allocations
    • Proof of Testing
    • Change Control Management
    • Manage to NANP

Daily Execution Performed by the Team:

  • Hours of Operation:
    • Monday - Thursday: 8 a.m. to 10 p.m. EST
    • Friday: 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST
    • Saturday: 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. EST (On demand)
  • Ensure successful consumption of daily files
  • Launch daily text and call campaigns/lists (Collection and Sales)
  • Track requests and resolutions from agents
  • Monitor and manage the dialer for optimal efficiency
  • Provide recordings upon request

Other Team Responsibilities:

  • Adhere to regulations, company policies, and quality programs
  • Collaborate closely with departments such as compliance, audit, legal, operations, and other key partners
  • Reporting capabilities
  • Identify areas for enhancement and propose changes
  • Project team requirements for new state expansions, etc.
