  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

Project Description: Experlogix / SAP variant configurator conversion project.
Scope:

  • Need candidate with extensive experience with SAP ECC variant configurator in a manufacturing company/industry.
  • Thorough understanding of a wide range of business processes with a focus on ECC Variant configurator processes
  • Solid hands-on experience with architecting, configuration, and testing of SAP-based enterprise software applications
  • Understanding of all aspects of a variant configuration product model including classes, characteristics, configuration profiles, ALE, tables, variant pricing, functions, dependency nets with constraints, BOM class nodes, preconditions, selection conditions, procedures, complex super bills of material and routings and work centers
  • Experience with Engineered to Order (ETO) processes, MTO / MTS setup, Order BOM and Engineering Change Management (ECM) is very helpful
  • Functional understanding of SAP Variant Configuration software, best practices, and relevant cross-functional knowledge of SD, MM, PP, FI/CO SAP modules and the integration points with VC
  • Prepare detailed functional specifications, configuration documents, and user manuals to ensure the effective use and maintenance of the SAP VC system.
  • Develop and execute test plans to validate that the configured solutions meet the specified requirements.
  • Provide training to end-users and ongoing support to ensure the efficient use of SAP VC solutions.
  • Participate in project planning, and status reporting, and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
  • This individual will take SAP Variant configurator Syntax and formulas and help translate to help explain what they are doing and how they are calculating values in some cases in SAP.
