The ideal candidate will be responsible for improving productivity, overseeing daily operations, and driving operational excellence across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations and ensure the effective management of resources
• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures
• Monitor and improve the efficiency of support services, including IT, HR, and finance
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and financial reports
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless business operations
• Lead initiatives to improve operational efficiencies and reduce costs
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company standards
  
  

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 7+ years of experience in operations management, preferably in the energy sector
• Strong understanding of operational processes and optimization techniques
• Excellent and proven organizational and leadership abilities
• Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• C1 English level
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and analytical person
