As a member of the HR Technology team, you will be responsible for administering, enhancing, and supporting all HR Technology Integrations and should have technical knowledge to do so. Our main IT systems are Workday and UKG/Kronos. The role serves as a technical point of contact for continued maintenance and configuration of modules and will ensure data integrity, testing of system changes, report writing and process improvement opportunities. The incumbent will partner with various business stakeholders and be accountable for the overall design and functionality of the applications Workday and UKG.
What do we want to know about you?
Bachelor s degree in computer science or "STEM" majors (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) or equivalent experience
Minimum 3+ years experience working technically with Workday and preferably Kronos/UKG
Hands-on experience with time clock setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Hands-on experience implementing at least one of the following HCM modules: Benefits, Payroll, Time & Labor, Compensation, Absence Management (preferably in Workday)
Hands-on experience with time clock setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, project management experience, ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver business needs on timeline
Hands-on experience with time clock setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting
