Job Description:
Are you a dynamic and experienced Lead Systems Engineer/Architect looking to take the next step in your career?
As a Lead Systems Engineer, you will represent our engineering team in customer meetings and drive technology roadmaps, all while mentoring engineers and playing a key role in accelerating customer priorities.

Work with a dedicated team to modernize AWS cloud services, enhance core application, and data services used by multiple Government Agencies, and plan and coordinate engineering team tickets for Agile engineering programs.

This position also involves planning and estimating staffing, software licensing, and hosting capacity for roadmap projects and capabilities, making it a key role in shaping the future of our technology landscape.

Responsibilities:
  • Lead the engineering team in customer meetings and drive technology roadmaps.
  • Mentor senior, mid-level, and junior engineers, accelerating customer priorities.
  • Plan and coordinate engineering team tickets for Agile engineering programs.
Required Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • Currently hold DoD 8570 IAT II and CSSP Infrastructure Support certifications.
  • 12+ years of relevant technical experience.
  • 4+ years of experience leading AWS Cloud modernization and Linux engineering.
  • Experience working in classified Government environments and supporting/leading Agile engineering programs.
Preferred Requirements:
  • Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
  • AWS or Linux certifications, and 4+ years of experience designing and deploying Elastic data services.
  • Experience providing systems engineering and architecture support to intelligence community customers.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Active CompTIA CySA+ or equivalent certifications covering both DoD 8570 IAT II and CSSP Infrastructure Support.
  • Experience with Government Assessment and Authorization (A&A) following Risk Management Framework (RMF).
  • Excellent communication skills and regular interaction with Contractor Program Manager and Government Leadership.
