  1. Make sure the webpage is open.
  2. In the Safari app on your Mac, choose Safari > Preferences, then click Security.
  3. Make sure the Enable JavaScript checkbox is selected.
  4. Click Websites.
  5. On the left, click Content Blockers.
  6. Make sure Off is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.
  7. On the left, click Pop-up Windows.
  8. Make sure Allow is chosen in the pop-up menu next to the website.

  2. Click. then Settings.
  3. Click Privacy and Security.
  4. Click Site settings.
  5. Click JavaScript.
  6. Select Sites can use Javascript.

Candidate Requirements
Must have SailPoint experience and have the ability to hit the ground running
Experience with connector development and customization.
Solid understanding of identity and access management principles and practices.
Proficiency in Java/ Beanshell programming for SailPoint development.
Experience with building custom workflows, forms, quicklinks using SailPoint
Experience in developing custom lifecycle events, rules, custom reports and certifications
Experience in performing upgrades, applying patches and evaluating CVEs
Experience in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to identity management systems.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with both technical and nontechnical stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and contribute effectively within a small team environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
o SailPoint Identity Now certification.
o Familiarity with related IAM technologies and industry best practices.
Primary Responsibilities
Customer Support:
Act as a point of contact for business partners, addressing inquiries, issues, and requirements related to identity and access management.
Provide timely and effective resolution to customer reported problems and incidents.
Collaborate with cross functional teams to ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Enhancements and Development:
Participate in small scale development projects to enhance SailPoint functionality and meet evolving business needs.
Design, develop, test, and implement SailPoint solutions, ensuring high quality deliverables.
Contribute to the improvement of existing processes and workflows.
Performance Optimization:
Monitor and analyze the performance of SailPoint implementations, identifying opportunities for optimization.
Implement measures to enhance system efficiency and responsiveness.
Collaborate with team members to conduct periodic performance assessments and implement improvements.
Connected Applications Integration:
Work closely with various business units to integrate and manage connected applications within the SailPoint ecosystem.
Ensure seamless connectivity and data flow between SailPoint and integrated applications.
Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues, ensuring a reliable and efficient IAM environment.
Documentation and Training:
Maintain comprehensive documentation of SailPoint configurations, enhancements, and troubleshooting procedures.
Provide training and knowledge transfer to team members and end users as needed.

Minimum Requirements / Education
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
Minimum 3+ experience supporting SailPoint applications
